Welcome to Jannah Bayan PH (“Jannah”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://jannah.ph (the “Site” / “Platform”).

By accessing, creating an account, logging in, or using Jannah, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use this Platform.
If you are under the minimum age required by your local law, you must not use Jannah.
When you create an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2) Your account & security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

3) License to access the Platform

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Jannah for personal and lawful purposes.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform unless explicitly permitted
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
Copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the Platform without permission
Use the Platform to build a competing product based on copying our design, structure, or data
Bypass security or access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

4) User Content

“User Content” means anything you submit or publish on Jannah, including posts, text, photos, videos, comments, messages, listings, and profile information.

You own your User Content (as between you and Jannah).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of posting it.
You must only post content you have the rights to share.

License you grant to Jannah

By posting User Content, you grant Jannah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create technical copies of that content only as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Platform.

This license ends when you delete your content, except where: (1) it has been shared with others and they have not deleted it, or (2) it must be retained for legal, safety, or dispute reasons.

5) Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload, transmit, display, distribute, or otherwise make available any User Content that:

is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
is harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory
contains pornographic content, sexual exploitation, or content harmful to minors
is intentionally misleading, impersonates others, or is part of a scam
infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others
contains malware, spyware, or harmful code

You also agree not to:

Send spam, bulk messages, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited promotions
Harvest or collect data about other users without consent
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform (e.g., DDoS, brute force, automation abuse)
Create multiple fake accounts or use bots/scripts to manipulate activity

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6) Community safety & moderation

Jannah is community-first. We may take action to protect users and the Platform, including:

removing content
limiting reach or visibility
restricting messaging or features
temporary suspensions
permanent bans for serious abuse

7) Verification & trust features

Some features may require identity verification or additional checks to reduce scams and impersonation. If enabled, you agree to provide truthful details during verification.

8) Marketplace, payments, wallet, tips & monetization

Jannah may include optional features such as Marketplace, Wallet, Funding, Tips, Ads, Pro features, points or rewards, or affiliate modules.

These features may be subject to additional rules shown inside the Platform.
All transactions and interactions are at your own risk unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
You are responsible for complying with applicable tax and financial rules in your jurisdiction.

9) Third-party links, ads & services

Jannah may include links to third-party websites or services, and may show ads. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Use them at your own risk.

10) Intellectual property

The Platform (software, design, logos, text, and content we create) is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use our branding or content without permission, except where legally allowed.

11) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or conduct of users. Use of the Platform involves risk, especially when meeting or transacting with others.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jannah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Jannah (if any) in the last 3 months, or a reasonable minimum required by law.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

you violate these Terms or the Safety rules
your activity creates risk or harm to other users or the Platform
we must do so to comply with legal requirements

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

14) Copyright / IP complaints

If you believe content on Jannah infringes your copyright or intellectual property, please contact us with:

your name and contact details
a description of the work you believe is infringed
the exact link(s) to the allegedly infringing content
a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post a notice on the Platform. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the Platform operates. If disputes arise, we encourage resolving them calmly and directly first.

You may not use, access, export, re-export, or transfer the Platform, services, software, or related technical data in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
